With two decades of experience in various industries, Dr. Pruden has a background in operations and human resource management. As a Certified Diversity Executive (CDE), she focuses on helping women secure senior leadership positions.
Dr. Pruden influences female leaders through keynote speeches, coaching, workshops, and leadership books, resulting in multiple #1 Amazon bestsellers. She is the Chief Human Resource Officer at a Virginia university, the CEO of Pruden Global Business Solutions Consulting, and the founder of the Sister Leaders Conference. Dr. Pruden also launched Boss, Brand & Business TV and hosts the international program Leadership Is Served.
