Crystal S. Tramack is a retired US Army Medical Service Corps Officer and Disabled Veteran. A graduate of Saint Augustine’s College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Performance and Wellness. She earned a Masters of Arts degree in Physical Education Exercise/Sports Administration from the University of North Carolina-Pembroke. She is a wife, mother, woman of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated and native of Alexandria, VA. She has served in various leadership roles and received multiple military awards and decorations. A former full scholarship collegiate Track and Field sprinter, and now Masters competitor. She is a current Senior Federal Program Management Analyst and the CEO of Resourcefully, Criss, LLC.
