He has consulted with many Fortune 500 companies, conducted over 2000 presentations, and delivered keynotes and training in over 50 countries and 39 of the 50 states in the continent U.S. Dr. Will has made leadership, personal development, and achievement a way of life.

Dr. Will is married to Dr. Kristie Moreland and they have two children, Karah who is the third generation to serve in the Military. And Champ their energetic pre -teen.
